Eric Myers serves as VP/COO of Kind Active, bringing over 30 years of technology and product leadership to the organization's operations. He most recently served as Senior Project Lead at Lextech, running executive discovery, product roadmaps, and engineering delivery for national-scale platforms — including GSK's EasyVax vaccination-access app (integrated with CVS and Walgreens) and an AI/ML inventory platform built for Panda Express's nationwide store footprint.
Earlier in his career, Eric led a $100M time-and-attendance business unit serving 6,500+ clients at Paylocity and ran incident command for a 30,500-client production portfolio targeting five-nines uptime. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Western Michigan University.
A loving husband, grandfather, and servant leader, Eric brings the same discipline and care to Kind Active that he's built a career on — leading by putting other people's growth ahead of his own.
